Ons troue was pragtig. Ons is al amper n jaar getroud en het nooit ons breakage fee of foto's of video's van ons troue by hulle gekry nie. Soos *****s ignoreer hulle jou as jy daarvoor vra. Mense bly weg van hulle. Baie ver weg

This a group of people goes out to suppliers (venues, catering, flowers, decor, photographers, clothing, shoes, etc.) They then sit you down (I was part of a supplier, so I know) and tell you that if you "sponsor" anything you will get that return in advertising, tv air time, they have 300K viewers per episode etc. So they make this almost unbelievable deal with you and promise you the WORLD and exposure. They promise to pay suppliers a basic cost and oh boy they will overload you with work and use and abuse you as much as they can. When they pay, they give you just a taster of what is owed....so you carry on because you don't want to lose the money that is owed. Ok but then, how do they make money? They charge R500 per head. They do (rather did) 2-4 weddings per week. Lets take an average of 3. That's 12 per month @R40k per wedding is R480K per month. Thats R5.7mil per year plus minus. So there is some money to push around. And that's why they pay suppliers bits & pieces. Because that will never be enough to actually pay for these weddings in full....and they also have to survive, they also have personal lives and bills. So that said....when this started steam rolling, they ****ed off the wrong people and people then started talking.....suppliers started demanding money before they do anything else. Why do you guys think you get a dress and venue in the same week you are supposed to get married.....it's a joke. Because all the hard working, HONEST suppliers keeps on getting Bull**** answers and peanuts while they live the life of lavishness. Spending YOUR (couples) money. They have to hustle & bustle for new venues and suppliers probably every week to try get weddings to happen. It's horrendous. On top of all that they have very poor communication skills, once they have your commitment fee and signed contract you won't be hearing from them any time soon. It's frustrating for couples to get answers from them and to get your wedding planned through whatsapp is catastrophic. They try to arrange your wedding literally 2 weeks before hand. The problem is that the expert suppliers stopped helping now and no one wants to do business with them anymore. Lana and Crystal who is 2 very unprofessional individuals, tries to organise hundreds of weddings by themselves and then everything ends up chaotic. Wedding runs late, Dresses doesn't fit, colours that's not right etc. Couples waiting for a year(s) for their photos and video. Then there is a few couples that also confirmed they never heard of Droomtroue again since they paid up until their wedding date and that they never received a wedding and is battling to get a refund and there is a few summons going on...? Jy wen verseker nie 'n Droomtroue nie, eerder 'n nagmerrie. Stay away and plan your own stress free Droomtroue!

Ek was so geskok en kry my dogter en elke bruidspaar so jammer.

Pasop bly weg. Jy gaan opdaag by venue met niks betaal of gedoen. Jys lucky as jy n trou rok 1 dag voor troue kry.

I entered via sma. Was told within a day I am a winner. So much for the "selection^ process. And immediately prompted to pay the commitment fee. For a wedding only in November 2024. A date they confirmed are available. But when I asked about contracts with suppliers for 2024 they started ignoring me. Refusing to answer that simple question. It is just a yes or a no. We have signed contracts or we don't. They expect R50000. Payment just on their promise immediately. Then suddenly the date was not available anymore and Lana said they will understand if I would like to cancel. I said it is fine. Asked again about contracts. They totally ignore the question. If you have contracts in place why would you refuse to answer. If you dont you are giving away something you dont have. And taking payment for something you dont "own"

- VERY bad communication, - NO follow ups, - Empty promises, - You ‘won’ a wedding worth R500 000 but must pay a ‘commitment fee’, - NO ‘fine details’ in the contract, - Very unprofessional service, - NOT a wedding worth R500 000 PLEASE BE AWARE! ‼️‼️
