I wish to thank Michelle Lovetz, the credit controller in Sandton Radiology for assisting with my Scan claims. After my long battle with my medical aid and of course with no success, she managed to get them all settled. She handled everything with such ease and we absolutely need more people like her to keep things running smoothly.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I'm so happy to see that others have been experiencing the same accounts issues that I have been. Sandton Radiology accounts department, linked with Bloch and Partners, clearly hire *********** and incapable people. I have sent my proof of payments, mails confirming payments were received etc and yet they are too lazy to go and check statements from last year to trace my payments, instead I'm told my payments were never received... how contradictory. I could literally rant on and on about the ********** experience. I mean not to mention i paid this account up in October 2024 and never received a call or email stating I still owe funds (my mail where I asked for confirmation was also never responded to) and on the 4th of August 2025 I get a mail to say I am in arrears and they've even added their interest. What an absolute joke. I have spent almost a full month fighting this! Clearly a proof of payment and a screenshot of the successful transaction with amount and date and their bank details shown, means nothing.

I called Drs Bloch and Partners accounts department to try and solve my account with them. The lady in the accounts department, Kitty was so rude and abrupt. She does not listen, she does speak but shouts, so rude and so abrupt. I cannot believe they would employ someone like this to deal with customers.

My daughter has multiple sclerosis and had two relapses last year, one in early October 2023 and again late November 2023. In both cases she was referred to Drs Bloch and Partners for MRIs and in the second case an angiogram as well. In the second case the total cost was R11 400 of which the medical aid only paid R4 057, leaving an outstanding balance of R7 343. I paid R1 000 at end January, end February as well as March 2023. The threats of an unpaid account nevertheless continued. I made a call to Sandton Radiology accounts department and had undertaken to pay R1 000 per month until the account is settled in full. The lady I spoke to said the account is overdue and will be handed over for collection. I informed her that I do not have the funds pay the full amount but will continue to pay R1 000 per month. On 9th April 2024 I received an SMS from Landau Collections that will be proceeding with SUMMONS on my Drs Bloch & Partners account. I called Landau Collections and was informed I may make a payment arrangement with them and that legal costs of almost R600 will be added to the account. I then called Drs Bloch and Partners account department and requested to speak to a manager. The manager was "not in", but her email address was provided. I then sent Martina Pansi, Accounts Manager an email explaining my unfortunate situation. Her response was brief and rude; "Our company policy is that we do not keep accounts on our ledger for longer than a period of 90 days. In the event that the account remains unpaid at 90 days, it is handed over to our external Debt Collection agency, Landau and payment arrangements are to be made with them." with absolute no compassion. What a way to treat your customers fairly Drs Bloch & Partners.

Quick to take my money for an MRI but I have been struggling for days to get my results from Sandton Mediclinic.Absolutely terrible service except for accounts that are brilliant in sending a bill before the MRI is even finished.Disgusting,clealy you all about money
