Worst service ever!!

Worst Customer Service ever!! I took my carpet to be cleaned about 3 month ago, it took them 2 months of constant begging from my side to figure out that they gave my carpet to another customer who gave it to charity!! Now they are dragging their feet to pay me for my loss as per their rules and regulations! I have never been treated with less curtsy and helpfulness in my life!! They even asked me if I could just take the other customers carpet that was still at their premises and be done with the whole thing! Unbelievable!!
