Garage Door broke / collapsed after DryDen installed motor
We live in Parklands and just few about 5 months ago, DryDen guys came to install a new motor on our garage door. So they came and told me that they needed to adjust the springs on either side of the door. About 3-5 weeks ago we noticed a very bad sound on the door on opening n sometimes closing the door. We also notices the door was not nicely aligned the left side was lower to a pint that out bakkie could not go in the garage. So today on arrival home after work we opened the door as usual and we heard a very big sound our door broke and almost fell on on of our cars that was in the garage. Today we the called DruDen and spoke to guy names Chris who happens to be the big boss. The guys is so rude telling use he had nothing to do with the door he worked on the motor. He tells us they ca come n check it out otherwise we will have to pay about R3000 cash.. This really upset me the guy didn’t care at all he was so rude. He and his son didn’t wanna listen to anything that we were saying they didn’t wanna take responsibility yet we never had this problem before they cam to install the motor . We remain very disappointed with this company and we would never recommend them for anything.

UNRELIABLE & POOR SERVICE
Do not use Dryden to install garage doors for you. They will not even get back to you no wonder how many times you call. There are far better companies around that will give their clients a proper service !

Do not use Dryden to install garage doors for you. They will not even get back to you no wonder how many times you call. There are far better companies around that will give their clients a proper service !
