Unprofessional and issue still not resolved

They don't even derseve even a 1 star.. they came out to repair tv, my tv worked for 2 min and went back to its original problem. Called the so called technician by the name of Prosper said he was going to return the next day, still have not returned and he does not answer calls.. Called the company DSTV Installers in Kempton Park, spoke to Melissa letting her know what my issue is, she is providing me with their cell numbers, which I told her no one anwser the phone, and no response. Silence.. I was advised there is a 2 year guarantee, but looks like its 2 min guarantee. Not happy at all.. DO NOT use this company, they are very unprofessional due to the fact that they do not return or answer calls when you are still having the same issue you had. They just took the cash and ran.. 🤬. Would like the owner of the. Company to contact me. Thanks. Not a happy customer.
