Only giving one start because I cannot give these CLOWNS 0. I paid my account AND STILL Get threatening messages. Not only that but they operate under a bunch of different names. Is this even a real company?! Getting threatening messages for R170 are you guys serious?! Didn't even know we owed that money.

Du Plessis & Partners: They deserve the poor goole rating.
I reported this firm to the LPC (Legal Practice Council) with a complaint specifically direct at Keesha Fortuinse, whose attendance to my repeated email correspondence has been unprofessional. Not only does she come across as arrogant and most unhelpful but also decides when she wants to respond to communication. Meanwhile, she makes sure to add to your alleged outstanding bill amount for every time she has to email you or send an sms.

no wonder they have a 1.3 rating on google
The most uneducated and useless bunch I have ever had contact with. Their Doctor client used the wrong email to send my bill and I was unaware, when I called the doctor they eventually sent it. I paid it in full. I suddenly get demands form multiple emails, and threats of defaults against my name. I called them and they said that's not their fault and I'm liable for their fees and that there is nothing they can do to avoid the default. I hope they look forward to the legal action I am asking against them I know I am.

Can't pay account with no payment details?
One star is waaaaaaay too much. I got a missed call, phone did not ring. Got this attitude from the woman helping like she was not listening to what i am saying. According to her emails and sms's had been sent but i searched and found nothing. I asked can she please whatsapp me the details and still received nothing! How can i make any payments without having banking details to make them to. I explained my email inbox is full but that just went over her head completely! This is shocking! Where the heck does she expect me to make payments to if she wont send me the banking imformation on the one channel i expressed i will definately get it??????
