Bad Wine Bad Customer Service

I bought a 3lt box of their Pinotage Rose. It is a much dark colour than usual and tastes off. Sent them an e-mail via their website on the 03/04/23. No response. Sent a message on Monday 17/04 via Facebook Messenger. Got an automated reply on Tuesday and nothing since. I know it is a Big Wine producer and only 1 box of wine. Doesn't seem to matter to them.
