Poor quality Merchandise and worse Customer Care

I paid R2000 for a new screen for my iPhone 6 and an extra R500 for a screen protector and cover. Within 12 hours the screen smashed whilst in my handbag. I did not drop the phone although I obviously cannot prove this. When I took it back they literally all stood around laughing at me and said they could see I had \hit it with a hammer."Surely there must be professional integrity if a product lasts only 12hours?
