I had a horrible experience with the salesperson Ms Chantene Barnard from Dualzone Technologies . She was so disrespectful towards me with the booking in of my printer. I told her I tried to phone but there was no answer. She then got angry with me and said there was always a receptionist answering the phone. I then ask for a quote for my printer and she told me in an angry voice, it would take a few days to take the printer apart and see what was wrong. She then said she would send me an email and then I need to pay upfront before ordering the parts. Every time I phoned there was no one answer. I send Emails, and she never replies. A few days later Chantene send me a email telling me to pay upfront for the parts they going to order to fix the printer. This was not what we agreed upon. We agreed that she would first send a quote for me to decide and make a decision,to see what was wrong with the printer and then order the parts fixed before payment. I tried again to contact Dualzone but still no answer. I then decided to make payment to avoid any other uncer*****ies and forwarded a couple of copies of the proof of payment to all the dualzone email addresses eg. collections@dualzone.co.za and waited for their reply. There was no reply. A few days later Chantene forwarded an email telling me the printer was ready for collection and I needed to pay before collection. I went to Dualzone personally with a copy of the payment and she still didn't accept my proof of payment and then told me she can not see the payment on her system. She then wanted me to sign a copy of a receipt with the payment still outstanding. I refused to sign and said that I already paid and showed her my proof of payment. She then requested me again to send a copy via email from my phone while I was standing in front of her with a printed copy. I then forwarded again a copy to collections@dualzone.co.za. She then accepted the payment and I told her that this was the worst service and experience I ever had as a customer. She then told me she gave me customer service and it was good according to her. Chantene Barnard should be fired as soon as possible as she will chase customers away before Dualzone permanently closes their doors.

Excellent service. My Mac screen was cracked, so they ordered a new one, said it would take 2 weeks and about 1 hour to repair. It did take 2 weeks to arrive, and they took only 1/2 hour to replace it. Very happy with Anton and the company. Would definitely recommend them.

Job no 62161 totally outstanding screen replacement job on a rare Lenovo Yogabook. They found the spare part that nobody could source at a best price and the repair returned the macine as new. Simply great. Competence comes from being competent!

I just need to compliment and thank Eugene and Anton from Dualzone. You guys really showed what service delivery can be like in South Africa. Issues with a MacBook Pro under warranty and both Eugene and Anton went out of their way to help me get going. Well done guys - and many thanx.

Dualzone provided swift and professional services throughout the client journey for acquiring a damage report for an insurance claim. Courteous and timely responses to my emails, Eugene helped me a great big deal to get my insurance claim done right. If anyone has a mobile phone, laptop or tablet that is broken and needs to submit a claim, highly recommend Dualzone! Thank you very much for the awesome service!

On 7 September 2020, I submitted my Dell laptop (under warranty) to Incredible Connection in Rosebank Mall as it had a 'failed hard drive' and a low battery. IC sent it to Dualzone Information Technology in Centurion for it to be repaired. They collected the laptop from IC, Rosebank on the 8th or 9th of September. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to repair it. On 14 September, I contacted IC to find out the status of the repair, i.e., did Dualzone have the required parts or did they have to order them. And, based on this when did they expect to do the repair. On this occasion, and on several others, the response provided by Dualzone was: "It's still with the technicial". Well that was obvious. If their communication was better, we would have been told when they ordered the parts, when they expected to get them, when they would do the repair and when I could expect it back. At the end of the 2nd week, we were told that they did have the hard drive, but not the battery. I eventually spoke to the manager at IC, Rosebank and asked him to please facilitate the return of my laptop and he apparently spoke to the IC Regional Manager and thereafter the work was done quickly and I finally received the repaired laptop back late on September 30th. New hard disk and battery BUT my CD-Rom drive, which had worked PERFECTLY, now totally inoperable. The only way that this could be repaired was to send the laptop back to Dualzone, even though if IC had obtained an CD-Rom from Dualzone, the technician at IC Rosebank was quite qualified to change. I was NOT prepared to be without my laptop for a further three weeks. Totally unacceptable service.

Terrible customer service. I handed in my laptop, a week later they haven;t even added it to their system, took them days to assess a simple issue, asked for my approval to fix it - didn't get a response to this, only to call again a week later to find out they are still waiting for parts. Communication is key, if you want to be kept in the loop and want good service - don't use Dualzone

The service is 0/10 they advised that they would supply us with a quote for printer repair, a week later and still no quote despite having tried to contact them a number of times. They don't answer their phone and don't return calls. Shocking service would not recommend them at all.
