Ducati South Africa in centurion just will not respond to my emails enquiring regarding the value of a Ducati monster. I have sent several request and just being ignored! Require retail value for insurance purposes and if wanting to sell a fair price to sell privately. They just not responding and emails were addressed to the sales@ducati.

Awesome and beautiful shop. All staff were friendly and George, Taariq did an excellent job in helping me with everything. I would recommend anyone to buy a bike from them. Can't find a better dealer that takes really utmost care of its customers

I bought my Ducati Diavel XS in 2018 when Ducati was still in Johannesburg. Thee weeks after I bought my motorbike, she was back with a problem with the rear brakes. She went back three times in six months for the same problem only to let me know that they have a factory problem and are waiting for Ducati to let them know when and how they are going to fix the issue. In the meantime ownership of the franchise has changed and offices have moved to Pretoria Centurion with the owner by the name of Josh. On the opening night I was asked by the owner if I could bring my bike and park it on the floor for the opening, which I did. I also discussed my problem with him seeing that the problem was still not rectified. I was told that they will have no problem repairing the motorcycle seeing that all this happened while still under guarantee. I found out two weeks ago that they have finally found a solution for the rear brakes failing all the time and I immediately phoned Ducati Centurion to have my bike repaired seeing that I have no rear brakes. I got a call from them yesterday telling me that I have to pay for the labor and for the transportation of my bike. This is absolutely ridiculous seeing that the problem started weeks after I bought her brand new. I had her back three times within the guarantee period and was told that they do not have solution yet and the factory is looking in to the problem. This should still be paid by Ducati in full seeing that I bought a bike with a problem from new and the salespeople knew about it and did not tell me. Please be careful when buying any products, first google and make sure that the dealer can and will stand by his guarantee and will not later back out or let you down like I was from day one with Ducati SA. i WILL RATHER ADVICE YOU TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT.

i have been trying to get Ducati to honour there sale agreement i have had nothing but rudeness since making my payment i am still waiting for the roadworthy certificate and the owners manual i can only assume that the vehicle was defective and that they had mislead me into thinking that it was in good order and roadworthy and that it had aĺl the nessessary documents . i am teribly disappointed with the attitude after they recieved the payment clearly this isnt good for people who are running this global brand in south Africa we bought this vehicle online during the lockdown we recieved it unserviced that had to be done locally then after it was serviced which they eventually paid for, the bike was tested by us the rider was injured as a result of eratic throttle response and has been hospitalised i futher went to register the vehicle only to find that there had been no roadworthy certificate issued . the general manager confirmed that it had no roadworthy done and as far as he was concerned that was the end of the matter . i reminded him that i had been sent documents by his sales people stating that the roadworthy and all documents were in order. which i am still waiting for and told him if i had known that it was not the case i certainly wouldn't have purched it . to date i have received no further response i suspect that i will have to persue this through my legal representative. i did say that i had purchased in good faith and a price and terms were agreed of which i have fulfilled my side, the service workshop has done what they were asked, to date Ducati haven't fulfilled there side of the transaction as it means absolutely nothing to Ducati to keep their side of the agreement it seems. this is will be terribly damaging to Ducati.

i purchased a motorbike from Ducati SA in Pretoria on the 29th june 2020 MV Agusta F3 the used motor bike was delivered th 9th of July 2020 some of the paperwork was sent by courier registration documents at least im still waiting for owners manual and the workshop manual and have not recieved the roadworthy certificate it wasn't done and is not on the system. there was no predelivery inspection no predelivery sevice the gears wouldn't work properly they did arrange for a service at the workshop near my home and the initial problems were greatly improved i then ran into difficulties because we needed the manuals to check the settings for the bike which wasn't done due to the lack of pre delivery inspection and the workshop wasn't ask by Ducati to restore the settings to default factory settings. so now the bike is working better but we have no idea of the setting which seemed to be customised after a reasonable test the throttle became eratic and the bike ran off on a mission of its own which caused injury to the rider and some damage to the bike. i did unform Ducati and said it would have been helpful if they had fulfilled their side of the business and supplied me with the manuals as reuested as part of the deal also that they hadn't fulfilled the required roadworthy certificate for me which of course cannot be done now because of the damages. i did receive a response from the general manager who believes that everything is fine . i dont usually do this sort of thing and post a comment like this but i am perplexed as to what Ducati SA believes is a proper transaction all i got was the registration documents i go nothing else and still waiting for the rest of the books and roadworthy . Oh yes i did get a complete lack of interest i still dont know what the settings are or infact how to reset

Absolute worse service(not customer service, but service for the bike)!

Took in my Monster 796 for the first major service with 10 000 km on the clock, the bike didn't have an issue of any kind, awesome bike!!. When the bike came back and I paid the R9 000.00 for the service the bike didn't even start. They came and took the bike back the second time to fix that issue. They reset the software which kind of worked but it still doesn't start sometimes.

I rode the bike for a day when the clutch started giving problems(they worked on it) and they came and took it again. Fixed that issue. Rode it for a day and the bike keeps stalling because the set it to idle at 850 RPM and it is suppose to idle on 1250 RPM.

Waiting on them currently to fetch the bike again. They took a perfectly good bike with 0 issues and, well, you read what happend.

One thing I can say is they did everything with a smile. I would have given that up any day for a bike that worked again.

I had to send my Ducati 999s in for a performance-related issue. The bike was collected on time, and all repairs were carried out as requested. I was kept informed at all stages and the costs were extremely reasonable. The bike was then delivered to my house,as scheduled by Christelle. The technicians solved sorted out everything!

Wow! Performance is great! Bike was super clean! Did I mention,Ducati collects and returns the bikes FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Damn! SOOOO HAPPY! Thanks for a great service and a fantastic bike!

I needed to have my back tyre replaced due to a blow out. I phoned Christelle and arranged for a new tyre.
Without fuss the motorcycle was collected from my house, delivered at the outlet and the tyre was replaced. (note there was no charge for this). This all happened during a very dramatic family experience, I did not once have to worry about finding a way of having this addressed nor worry about if my bike would be handled with care.
During the replacement they ran an additional diagnostic and found another small problem which was quickly addressed. During all of this I was informed every step of the way. I knew exactly what was happening and was assured that I need not worry.
My bike was washed, prepped and ready for me to collect quicker than I anticipated.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all their assistance and the care taken with my \redhead".

This is the reason why I switched"
