Obsessed with my items!
Didn’t expect to love everything this much, but here we are 😅 The long jacket is warm, without being bulky and fits beautifully. Alsp grabbed the tote, it has become my everyday go-to, super practical but still looks elevated. And the sunglasses just finish off any outfit, instant confidence boost. Really happy with the quality overall, definitely worth it. Will see you again real soon 😉

Amazing quality and super fast delivery
Really impressed with Duck Apparel. Ordered recently and my parcel arrived so quickly, beautifully packaged too. The jacket quality is amazing - lightweight but still super warm, and the fit is really flattering. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the details. Definitely feels like a premium product. Overall just a great experience from start to finish. Will 100% order again!

Dissapointing Service even at no cost to them
Bought a jacket for my daughter in law for Christmas, and because we are outside the 30 days for exchange, even though we offered to pay the courier costs both ways they will not exchange for a bigger size.

False advertising and bad customer service
Ordered a black raincoat with leopard print lining from the website when it arrived no leopard lining but horrible back and white blocks. Reported it immediately and package was collected for refund as they admitted that the print I wanted was no longer available and that they still needed to update their website with the new lining. When I enquired about my refund was told that the courier fee would not be refunded to me as I changed my mind ???? What nonsense their pictures total false advertising on their website. What a bad shopping experience.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a pink puffer jacket that was advertised as light pink, but when it arrived it had a more orange tint. I returned it immediately. Before contacting them, I checked their own return policy, which clearly states that sale and promotional items can be refunded in full if returned within the 7-day cooling-off period. However, when I reached out, I spoke to someone named Jeanriëtte and was told that no refunds were allowed on sale items and that I could only get an exchange or store credit. Only after I quoted their policy was I told a refund would be processed “once received.” I also had to pay for my own return shipping. While I appreciate finally being granted the refund, I don’t like being misled or given conflicting information. The experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated, and I won’t be shopping here again. They also only show 5 star reviews on their website so their reviews are very manipulated.

Colour Not as Advertised & Frustrating Customer Service Experience
I purchased the “Tartan x Champagne Classic Jacket” expecting the champagne tone shown on the website. The jacket I received was significantly darker, with a strong olive tone, even under multiple lighting conditions. I provided photos to illustrate the difference. While the jacket itself seemed well made overall, there was also what appeared to be loose stitching on the back of one shoulder. My main issue remained that the product did not match the advertised colour. Unfortunately, my interactions with customer service were frustrating. The representative focused on minor, unrelated points I’d mentioned in passing and initially ignored my main concern. The process for arranging a return was unnecessarily drawn out, and I was required to cover the return shipping cost despite the item not matching the description. This experience has put me off purchasing from Duck Apparel again. I recommend that potential buyers double-check colour expectations before ordering and be prepared for a tedious return process if the product is not as advertised.
