Firstly after booking a house advertised as \beautiful views over the dullstroom dam"[URL Removed] and finding no view whatsoever I was falsely accused of not paying back R20 for a broken glass AFTER I offered to pay it in cash the day we left and then was forced to EFT the R20 (which I did). Only to receive a email on the 21st of JULY asking me whether I payed it yet. The only reply I received upon complaining was \""Thank you\"". Luckily there are many other reservation companies to use in Dullstroom. """

Dullstroom Accommodation has recently acquired new ownership, and we're very sorry to hear about your negative experience with the company back in 2015.
