Disservice at judiciary

To Whom it may concern

I am the applicant in case number D1459/18 of the Durban Labour Court. The event of unfair dismissal happened on 13 June 2016 (6 years ago).

The plans and efforts to make the case not see the light of day were made from the onset by the KZNDOE up to the level of the then MEC for Education.

I also made submissions to the State Capture Commission since clearly all the supposed Justice institutions appeared captured on my matter. Here I include KZNDOE, ELRC, Public Protector, Msunduzi Municipality, Durban Labour Court in my affidavit to the State Capture Commission.

I have also written to the Office of the Chief Justice in 2019 which also appeared to be captured. Someone by the name of Shamitha Govender responded by saying that Judge Whitcher had perused the file and issued a directive to which a response was filed.

Upon arrival at the Durban Labour Court on 6 August 2020 Maxine (judge Whitcher' s PA) denied involvement of the said judge with my case. Now I don't know who is NOT telling the truth between the 2.

On 6 December 2020 a teacher (Desmond Masikane), former colleague in the same school involved in my case was ********ated. I was also helping him in investigating a case of his supposed HOD (Mechanical Technology) post being For sale at the school.

I had stated clearly in my ELRC referral case number 699- 17/18 that it is common knowledge in Pietermaritzburg that if you are in conflict with the principal who is the respondent in my case, you Die. The arbitrator for condonation undermined that fact. Now another teacher has died who was in conflict with the principal.

My case is being delayed so that I can be killed and case be closed. Mr. Vilakazi was VERY hostile to me when I approached him about this in 2018.

"You are not important! I won't read your points in the case stating that your life is in danger. You are not important! I will not do anything! You are wasting my time."

This was the worst disservice I have ever come across in my life! There are several inferences that one may make out of such hostility toward client by a public servant.

1. The public servant may have been bribed by the rival to delay the case so that I can be killed. 2. The public servant may expect me to bribe him/her as well. Which I can not afford as I am unemployed and Not earning a salary. 3. Instructions from powers that be including ANC politicians since they are forever waging war against Shembe.

I have taken my case to be studied at the Law Clinic in the University of Ķwazulunatal. They also find it strange that this case is so deliberately delayed.

In 2021 from July onwards someone has been planted at eBuhleni village where Shembe has been protecting me so long. This Blacķ male who is the principal's relative has trïed to tail me until I have had to hide again. I am always in hiding in connection with this case.

Lawyers I had initially in Pietermaritzburg were threatened by powers that be to NOT assist me further. So I pursued the referral to ELRC and arbitration on my own. I also had referred my matter to the equality court who took it to CCMA who withín 30 days made a decision that it was automatically unfair dismissal.

My current lawyer seems NOT to operate iń the spirit I have observed with the lawyers since the 1980S. He also suddenly became hostile to me when enquired about the progress/ or lack thereof of the case.

I decided to NOT trouble him further and continue this struggle alone. Even recently I have informed him about the assasinatìon of Desmond Masikane he didn't seem to care. I will still use him as my lawyer but trust has been betrayed. I just havë no option as the matter stands.

I will CC this email to various other persons that I hope will witness for me in case I get killed before the case can be heard.
