Paid up but still listed since 3 May 2016

<p>I have recieved  a letter from Duvesco (Charmaine) on the third of May stating that they will remove me from aa default listing today is the 13th of September and guess what still not removed</p> <p> </p> <p>i recently had to apply for a loan at my bank to cover expenses not covered my medical aid for an operation my daughter needs to align her spine (specialists and x-rays not covered) the bank declined my aplication due to a default and said i could only try again in 3 months time (thats too late) due to a default listed against my name</p> <p> </p> <p>i phoned Transunion and i pulled my free credit report and saw that the default have not been removed from my name.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Charmaine did not send Transunion the correct formatted PAID up letter</p> <p>2. she was extremely arrogant not even a sorry Mark we messed up your Credit score for 4 months now</p> <p>3. They never followed up on the Status at Transunion regarding my default</p> <p>4. now i am stuck with a bad credit score , the banks cannot help me regarding a loan</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope these guys are happy for *****ing up a 17 year old girls dreams of staying out of a wheelchair</p> <p>i hope they understand i have to sell a fully paid up car to pay for the surgery for next to nothing</p> <p> </p>
