worst rental company in South africa.
i Have paid more than a year for the vehicle. January 2024 me and Amanda the lady in the finance dept had a problem because I wanted to change my debit date. She Immediately stated that I should pay double. There and then I told them to come fetch their vehicle. Amanda has a attitude problem, I would steer clear of this company if you want your tax invoices because they don't feel like they need to give it if you took their vehicle and shoved it back to them. But the fact is if you paid for something you should receive an invoice. I tried contacting Amanda, she slammed the phone in my ear 3 times and stated they are not going to provide me with a tax certificate for the time I rented the vehicle. What a useless human being she is, doesn't give time to talk, she makes up her own reasons not to provide me with my tax invoices. I won't suggest this company to anyone, the service is horrible ,and the people like Amanda are the worst.

REFUSAL TO PAY DEPOSIT BACK AFTER LEASE LAPSED.
Hired a car from Dynamic Car Rental aka DSCMC in midrand,the lease clearly states its 3moths and even states return date(4th August),upon return(30th September) which is the end 3rd month end,they refuse to pay back my deposit as agreed their reason being I needed to give a full month notice????HOW cause the lease has lapsed and I don't want to renue it as advised that I should let them know only if I wish to continue.... I took care of the car they where even shocked of the low millage as I never traveled with it as I needed it only for emergencies, I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK!!! I HAVE THE INTIALLY SIGNED CONTRACT WITH ME.IN HARD COPY.

Overpriced, bad after sales service and when you meet in an accident which wasn't your fault they charge you for the expenses.
So I met in an accident on Linton Jones street, I hit a pothole, now they want to charge me R20 000 to fix it and on the photo's sent you can clearly see that there is wear and tear and with the impact the bolt of the Gearbox broke off as it was already loose. They want a brand spanking new vehicle but I have to pay for it they charge me for Mirrors and that was nowhere in the equation nothing was wrong with the mirrors and I have taken a video of this? You pay R5000.00 for Maintenance, service plan and the rental of the vehicle and insurance for a Nissan Micra. Then I had to wait two weeks for them to tell me what is wrong and send me a quote. The ladies answering the phones puts down the phone in your ear while you still talking to them. So I am not suggesting that anyone do business with them. You will leave a message and ask them to phone you back and nobody phones you back. So what is nice when they sell the product but afterwards the after sales service is not good. You as a rental company has to make provision for accidents.

Dynamic Car Rental is an inconsiderate company
I have never seen such inconsiderate, inhuman company in my life. Zero customer centricity. I mistakenly locked keys in the car. Called dynamic car rental, i was promised a callback. No call back received. All i was told i need to fetch keys in Midrand, like how when everything is locked in the car. I have never felt so stranded, stressed and helpless in a place im not fami**** with. Not even to assist with any intervention. I then understood as a customer you are on your own, you are just a number, all they care about is the money and nothing else. If it wasnt for my brother i would have been stuck in Orange Farm not knowing any one with a car from Dynamic Car Rental. The collection of keys is a policy.

Be careful of this fraud of a company, they are refusing to pay back my deposit, i returned their car on the 1st Feb 2023,they promised to pay back the deposit minus tickets after 7days, which meant the 14th of Feb, but to this day I am still waiting, I have called, emailed and eveytime Im promised, next week, on the 28th I called and spoke to Gerad and he said the company is in financial problems and I should wait until 7th March 2023 for payment, but still no payment, no email, no call. Anybody wanting to rent from this crooks should run for their lives, try somewhere else🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃

Dynamic Car Rental DONT REFUND PEOPLE THEIR DEPOSITS
At first their service was good but when they have to give you your refund back,they will take you from pillar to post. They canceled my lease and said they not leasing outside Johanessburg anymore and I must bring back the vehicle by the 31st,Fair enough I did.And I was told I will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days,this was in October. I have been sending emails,calling in and am being lied to,since last week my deposit is being loaded waiting for the boss to release it we are in Dec now,they are just quiet That one star I gave them they don't even deserve it
