TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!

I am beyond disappointed with Dynamic Showers! We placed an order for our shower on 12 November and paid a 70% deposit upfront to secure the order. Today is 18 December, and the work is still not done! This is absolutely unacceptable. The communication from them has been abysmal. Despite multiple follow-ups (from my side), we’ve received nothing but excuses and delays. There has been no sense of urgency or professionalism in addressing the situation, and it’s clear customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. We trusted Dynamic Showers to deliver on their promises, and they’ve completely failed. Not only have they delayed the completion of our shower, but also caused significant inconvenience to our household. This experience has been frustrating and stressful. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice before placing their trust and hard-earned money in their hands. A 70% deposit should mean commitment, not months of waiting with no resolution in sight! Would NOT recommend!!!!
