Electrician damaged brickwork, won't fix it

Workers did some electrical work and broke the brickwork around our DB board. They hid the damage by pushing bricks back into place. Harold kept saying they'd come and fix it but 6 weeks later several other bricks had fallen out and he won't take my calls or reply to my messages.
