RELOCATES WITHOUT NOTIFICATION WHILE OWING MONIES

After refusing to refund our deposit we made a case against Ebrahim Gasant at the small claims court. A judgment was granted against him to repay the monies taken from us. <br> <br> For 3 months he adhered to the payment arrangements. He has now moved premises and defaulted on his payment arrangement without any notification or indication of his new whereabouts. <br> <br> I can't say that I'm surprised by this as this is the type of behaviour he has shown during the time we have been trying to get our deposit refunded. Initially he came across as very sincere and trustworthy. Later we experienced a totally different side to him. <br> <br>
