Poor service ovhd

<p>Bought a ovhd decoder followed instructions to activate RE *120*6843*1# with stb number keeps on saying service center error timedout so next option ********** 843  no luck </p> <p>It has cost me R154.73 in airtime holding on for an operarator still haven't spoken to anyone just says we are experiencing high call volumes I wonder why??? So I got no TV a decoder I can't activate how would one resolve this</p>
