Eagle Canyon Cycles Team, care!
Thank you for your professional response and assistance my sons bicycle. He bought a bike online, and did not receive the right parts.Once the correct parts were shipped, we went to the nearest bicycle shop which was eagle Canyon Cycles. Brandon immediately helped us, booked the bicycle on, re-assembled it correctly and called us within an hour to pick it up. That was exciting as my son had been impatiently waiting to have his bike working for over 2 months. Just...thank you to you and your team for looking after us.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I recently took my bike for a service at Eagle Canyon Cycles and got it back this morning. The turn-around time was impressive, the service was well done, the cost was very reasonable, the staff were FANTASTIC. This is not the first time that I have used Eagle Canyon Cycles and it definitely won't be the last.

I recently took my bike for a service at Eagle Canyon Cycles and got it back this morning. The turn-around time was impressive, the service was well done, the cost was very reasonable, the staff were FANTASTIC. This is not the first time that I have used Eagle Canyon Cycles and it definitely won't be the last.

Extremely positive sales and service experience at Eagle Canyon Cycles
Good old fashioned service where the positive sales experience is carried over to the after sales/service side of things as well. One even gets a telephone call to say when one’s bike is ready to be collected and they do their darnedest to make sure that your bike is ready when you need it by and when it is, it is perfectly cleaned. If one’s bike is still under warranty, they won’t even charge you for any minor service adjustments required. You won’t be sorry by supporting this small business and will never dread going back there for anything. Some car dealerships could learn a thing or two from this bicycle shop about customer service.

One even gets a telephone call to say when one’s bike is ready to be collected and they do their darnedest to make sure that your bike is ready when you need it by and when it is, it is perfectly cleaned. Rude business owner
Horrible service from the owner himself. No business owner should speak to clients in that manner. Doesn't listen to understand what the issue is and spews out all profanities imaginable. I wouldn't recommend this shop, even to my enemies.

Thanks for the service.
Took my bicycle in for a service for the first time and got great service from Conrad and the crew at Eagle Canyon Cycles. It was more affordable than most other places, I received some advice on my bicycle , everyone in the store was welcoming and my bicycle came back looking and feeling brand new. Only issue I had was the waiting but that’s only because I am not a very patient person. Will defiantly be using them in future. Thank you guys for the service.

Eagle Canyon Cycles Honeydew the worst customer service ever.
The worst customer experience I have ever had. When I complained to Conrad ( the owner) he told me to F*** off out of shop and I am a F*****g P***. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such a way. If this is the way Conrad talks to his customers the i highly recommend never to use this business for your services and purchases. The bike sat there for two weeks to be repaired and they did nothing proactive to repair the bike. When you complain about the poor service you get sworn at.

Bad Service
So every time I need to service a bicycle that I bought at Eagle Canton Cycles, I need to bring my invoice. Apparently the staff know every customer and every bicycle that was bought there and I don’t look like a customer that can buy a bicycle at Eagle Canyon Cycle. Interesting.
