Who appointed this company and why?

Who are these people and why are they even in Oliver Tambo Airport? They are glorified security guards who have nothing to do with my customs or immigration process. There are SARS and Home Affairs people to deal with these processes. Ive flown extensively and never seen a security company so entrenched in Government functions which makes me wonder how they even got into the airport. Extremely rude and self opinionated. A bad show to visitors to South Africa.
