Not to be trusted at all

We have long paid for our corrugated roof since 2nd October last year. when inquiring as to when will they deliver we were told trusses have to be painted with some substance. next excuse was that we require certain design for our modern roof, then we have to wait for them to manufacture. next thing we were told our payment is short of R20k since we edited the plan. that was already now in december. After making payment, we still couldn't get the material due to company's closing for festive season, then we will be helped on 15th January 2020. Come the date, we've been tossed around without delivery. only received trusses past week but still no delivery for roof. Johann been lying to us and now when we demand refund, he's getting angry as if we're unreasonable.
