Mis-leading Trade Business

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent experience I had with EagleFX trading platform. As a subscriber to your services, I expected transparency, reliability, and fair treatment, yet my recent interaction with the team has left me feeling frustrated and deceived.

On 14 May, I engaged in a trading activity on your platform which proved to be highly successful, resulting in a substantial increase in my initial investment from $211 to over $7000 within a matter of hours. However, my satisfaction was short-lived when I received an unexpected email stating that my trading activity was pending an upgrade requiring an additional payment of $1005.

Upon reaching out to your support team for clarification, I was met with a response insisting on the necessity of this upgrade, emphasizing the potential for even greater profits and citing the need to purchase software as justification for the exorbitant cost. While I appreciate the potential benefits of upgrading, I find it unacceptable to be pressured into making such a significant financial commitment without prior notice or consent.

Not only does this demand for additional funds feel unjust and exploitative, but it also undermines the trust and confidence I had placed in your platform. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and ethically, with clear and transparent communication regarding any changes or requirements that may affect my trading experience.

I must express my disappointment in the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by EagleFX in this matter. Instead of fostering a positive and supportive environment for your customers, it appears that your priority lies in extracting further financial gain at their expense.

Furthermore, I urge them to review your policies and practices to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future and to uphold the principles of fairness, honesty, and accountability in all your dealings with customers.
