Since receiving the car, I have enjoyed the car but the customer service is shocking. William is extremely unhelpful and takes no accountability and does not assist in anything. Maggie's is very helpful even though it's not her responsibility to sort out the issues. The car was due for a service and arrived at the service centre in Marboro to be turned away by the workshop manager. Said he cannot service the car and must go straight to Suzuki. No one knew what what going on and called William which to no surprise didn't co.e back to me and after several emails absolutely no response. How disgusting. Surely you should know the process William as you were in sales before you became manager? I spoke to Maggie and said she would call me back yesterday but was on leave. I will be very surprised if I get a call from anyone who reads this. The radio has never worked and taken back to Kempton twice. It was reported when I took the car and still have had no radio for 2 years now. No follow ups no nothing. Unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting service from these people. Not only have they been preventing me from renewing my license disc since last year October due to the INCOMPETENCE of the staff for loosing my NATIS paper in order to process the transfer of ownership which WE PAID for them to do yet WE have to run around and sort it out ourselves only to get told by the licensing department that the natis paper that they supposedly found is not the original!!! Also the lack of communication is shocking!!! Been dealing with this for 5 months now trying to complete the transfer of ownership! I have never ever experienced such an *********** service.

Quintin at earn a car panel beaters deserves a 5 star rating for the professional manner in which he went about repairing my vehicle. He was always courteous, gave me updates everyday and delivered my car for me. We'll done.

I had a car withEarn a Car/Pace. Last year September I asked for a settlement and upon receiving it I said i will wait for 6 months and saved like crazy.. Six months later I requested a settlement again only to be told the amount had been inflated by at least R40k and queired it again. It took over two weeks to get a new amount which was double the amount `i had received in September last year. Long story short I gave notice and cut my losess and returned the vehicle after the notice period. Suddenly the same month I received an invoice so I sent Lerato an email asking what is going on as I had returned the vehicle and have it in writing that I will not be liable for further payments - No response. A few weeks later I get another email threatening me cause I had not paid my vehicle so I sent emails to Lerato and yet again no response to any of my mails. I then sent Maggie an email asking for assistance as she was extremely helpful and next thing I get a mail from Lerato she will investigate. Few days later Lerato sent me an email saying she waiting on the contract to be cancelled and will revert back. Now a month later I am waiting for a response and confirmation that this contract is cancelled. Lerato has not bothered to answer my mails again and once more I have had to revert back to Maggie to try and assist me. This is totally unprofessional and not the way clients should be dealt with. My journey with this company has been so good until September last year and my regret is that I never settled last year and have now had to write off all the money I paid. Of course there is never anyone you can talk to.

Earnacar, samotorlease and pace car rental are one company. I leased a car with earnacar with a view of returning it when my finances improved. I bought a new car in December so I needed to take the car back to earnacar. I called to ask if I could do it in Durban as I had relocated. It was agreed that I could do that and one of their employees even advised that if I return the car early they would refund me the remaining mileage not driven. I returned the vehicle on 2 February 2024 to the pace car rental site. This morning, 26 February 2024,my account was debited once again, for what I don't know as I am still waiting for the refund. So a week ago, I followed up on my refund and I was told they are still checking the vehicle and I will be responsible for any mechanical faults. The vehicle was serviced as required and any mechanical problems were taken care of without claiming from them. A vehicle depreciates when you drive it unlike a house. I want to know what assessment are they doing as the vehicle was in perfect condition when I took it back. This morning when I called to enquire about the deduction on my account, the very person who advised me to return the vehicle early is now suddenly ******** of my matter. Had I known better, I would have just given notice for February and used the vehicle till 29 February and return it then.
