Totally pathetic, incompetent and amateur wannabe property agents... Stay far far away from them!!! They only have rhymes in their heads with difficult words they got from book knowledge. Silly woman and her husband amd maid running this 3 man show... Forgets about appointments and lazy with payouts to repairmen. Insulted 2 different trustees and unit owners over the phone Silly rules about what numbers can and cannot be phoned during certain times. 24/7 line is the maid's cellphone - what a joke! Woman insulted me over phone telling me she will deal with our complex once a week she can't jump for the little amount of R1000 we pay per month.

I was chairperson of our complex a few years ago when I took on @ease as our managing agent (1 year later I stepped down). Numerous meetings were held and they said everything I wanted to hear. What I didnt know is that, that was going to be the start of a nightmare. Had I known then what I know today, I would not even have given them the opportunity, let alone taken them on. Trying to get anything out of them is like pulling hens teeth. No communication, no sense of urgency, it was the most frustrating interaction Ive ever experienced as chairperson of a complex (I was also chairperson of a complex consisting of 42 units and we had an awesome managing agent who was totally on the ball), now this complex with 12 units with very little work and @ease just doesn't have a clue how to communicate or manage, in fact you have to manage @ease. Its mind boggling how the person who runs this show tolerates such incompetence. Latest incident, (there are many), one of our Directors asked for a COC for the electrified fencing on my behalf, as I am selling my property and without it, the sale cannot progress to lodging. After 6 days, still not a word from @ease. I then sent an email to the Director saying what my course of action would be if I didnt receive it. The Director sent my email to @ease and soon thereafter, I received the certificate. If you value your patience, sanity and tolerance, think very carefully before doing business with @ease

This is the ****** worst body corporate taking over 2 days to grant gate access over my cellphone. These *******s don't even have the decency to call me or anything of that nature. I own property in a complex they manage and now I have to kiss their ass to get access to my property on my first interaction with them.

I viewed an apartment advertised by @Ease Property in Pretoria North in May this year. It was in a bad state and would be fixed and ready for occupancy by June 1st. We made arrangements for moving in and started the administration process.

Everytimw i phoned and enquired on the progress on fixing the things that need attention i was promised they were on it and the place would be ready in no time. On the day i moved in, June 16th there was work being done like fixing the stove and a lot was still outstanding with a promise of being sorted out in two weeks.

Cupboard doors in the kitchen are not in a good state and some missing, taps are loose, the toilet cirsten misaing a cover, bedroom door broken, and worse the taps in the shower send shock when im showering. I have been following up on email and phoning with no luck. They sent an peraon to try fox the electricity problem and it hasnt worked im still showering under unsafe conditions. And now no one bothers responding to my emails and have left messages for Nora to call me back as she never answers her cellphone when i call but she has not.

The service from this company is bad and i would like to get out of the lease i have with them or not pay them rent maybe then someone will speak to me,maybe they will call eventually or respond to my emails.

any one who is looking to rent,i would never advise that they use services by ********** Even their website doesnt even have a complaints/xompliments person or a manger's number. And i phoned and spoke to Ntombi and asked for a manager i was told the manager would call me back and when i enquired who the manager is i was told its the same person i have been dealing with, the one who never takes my calls. Is this even acceptable.

Im so disappointed with the service from this company.

After I submitted my complaint to the Hellopeter I again contacted @easeprop. Jackie, the portfolio assistant, patiently listened to my frustration regarding the handling of the claim. She promised to give feedback before the end of the day which she did. Within days the claim was finalised. She deserves a compliment by the effective way in which she handled the query. She had a positive attitude, was efficient and delivered excellent customer service. Jackie, thank you!

We had to replace a geyser during December 2014. Easeprop gave us the assurance that we could get a plumber to replace the geyser. Easeprop mentioned that their offices will not be open over the festive season and the claim will only be dealt with in January. After numerous calls, messages and e-mails and promises that they will get back to us, nothing has been forthcoming. Does it take nine months to resolve a claim?

I requested a list of the Body Corporate and the trustees, the lady in question said that she will have to get permission to e-mail the details. I am still waiting.
