Watch out for EaseUS

They state a 30 day money back refund. I ordered the software and it did not get the job done in recovering my HDD. I was able to get this done via CMD. After my refund request they only refunded half the amount. After asking for the terms of refund I have not gotten any explanation to why they have not honored their 30 Day full refund policy.
