E-recuitment not working for more than a year

Good Day, I am frustrated as I cannot apply for posts that are advertised on the e-recruitment website and there are no alternatives for sending applications. I have recently phoned and I was told my password has been sorted out and when I try to login the new password is not working. How are we supposed to apply for these posts if the system has glitches and is not being fixed?
