Hey
I booked an appointment with Dr Sandi Dyonase this afternoon (07/02/2019) for 14:00 for my skin. I got there at 13:15 I didn’t mind waiting at the reception cause I was early. A celebrity named Zikhona Sodlaka came in at 13:45 as a “surprise visitor” (judging by the employees facial expressions) it was clear that she is a regular patient and the employees hasn’t seen her for a while. Dr Sandi Dyonase called her in his office and they were catching up, I could hear them from the reception. At 14:00 a lady walked in at the reception as a patient and set my side. I reminded the receptionist that it was pass to 14:00 already can I go in?.. The receptionist whispered to me and said “don’t you know Zikhona Sodlaka? She’s an actress”. I don’t care who she is, this is not a night club where celebrities just walk in and it doesn’t matter who booked or not! I said. Then the lady that was sitting next to me quickly replied and said her appointment is also at 14:00. We asked the receptionist why would she book us the exact time! She replied by saying “Since it’s my first time here, the Doctor will take longer, so the lady will go in first because it’s a check up”. That time it’s 14:20 the Doctor is still chatting with Zikhona Sodlaka in his office. At 14:25 the Dr Sandi Dyonase comes out and calls the woman that I was sitting next to and says to me, I will be with you Gugu. I just stood up and left. I am very disappointed because I follow his work on instagram, I thought he would be professional since a lot of celebrities go to see him. It was my first time there, I am a business woman, I know the importance of booking an appointment and how it affects both parties! That’s why it needs to be followed, if not it might as well be a first come first serve.
How can you book two strangers at the same time for a different treatment? How do you sit in your office and overlap your appointments, just because a celebrity friend walked in? If that’s the case please make it clear that you have VIP sessions that don’t need to be booked.

Black people still have a long way to go. It’s so sad.
