My experience with Eastvaal Motors Middelburg Ford has been extremely frustrating and disappointing due to continuous poor communication, broken promises, and ongoing delays. I delivered my vehicle on 16 February after being instructed to return it for stripping and a new fault code. It took two days to receive the code — and only after I repeatedly followed up myself. Throughout that time, I was told the technician was busy with my vehicle, yet tracking notifications suggested the work may only have started later. After my insurance declined the claim, I decided to proceed with repairs at my own cost. Even then, delays continued. The revised quotation took additional time, and on 24 February I specifically requested that parts be ordered urgently as I was ready to make payment immediately. I was told they were waiting for my authorization, and I understood that the process would move forward without delay. On 26 February, I was informed that parts had arrived and that I would receive my vehicle back on Tuesday, 3 March. However, when I followed up again, I struggled almost the entire day to get hold of the advisor. I left multiple messages with reception — to the point where reception now recognizes my voice when I call. I sent WhatsApp messages that went unanswered. I only received feedback later, and was then told that additional parts were still outstanding. Today, after once again chasing for feedback, I was informed that I will now only receive my vehicle on Friday — several more days later than promised. The reason provided was that the workshop is short of technicians. While I understand operational challenges can happen, customers should not be the ones constantly chasing for updates or discovering delays at the last minute. From 16 February up to today, I have been the one making follow-up calls. I have not been proactively updated. Timelines keep changing, and I am left without reliable information to plan my transport or daily responsibilities. The quotation indicates the repair hours are limited, yet the vehicle has now been with the dealership for an extended period far beyond what was initially communicated. As a paying customer who has shown commitment by settling the costs, I expected transparency, proper planning, and honest communication. Unfortunately, I have experienced the opposite. This entire situation has been stressful and unacceptable.

Eastvaals people live in our complex they had a party here with all their staff next moment they are fighting shouting kicking dogs what the actual eastvaal middelburg i am heavy disappointed and disgusted with how you choose your staff company cars and everyone drives drunk outside of complex fight spin away WOW what a great job you guys are doing outside of your workplace. I would never buy a car from you guys again i am heavy disgusted!

took my car in for a service at Eastvaal Motor City Witbank and left feeling extremely disappointed and upset. While my car was in their care, my vape and perfume (to the value of approximately R3,000) went missing. While I was there to report the incident , A gentleman came in to report theft that happened in his car as well. Although I acknowledge that I signed a document confirming that I had removed my belongings, Which I was told I was signing to check in the car and as a first time car owner I honestly didn’t know what was expected from me. No1 explained anything to me.I trusted the dealership and did not expect that theft could take place within their premises. When I raised the matter with management, I was treated poorly and told there was nothing they can do. The service manager admitted he saw my belongings and asked someone to call me but no1 did. The guy who worked on my car confirmed he saw my belongings but doesn’t know what happened. When I got there the guy ran to me to asked me what do I want and unnecessary questions which was very suspicious, again I told the manager instead he just wrote the guys name in a book and told me to be honest there is nothing they can do It is disappointing to see such a lack of customer care and security at a place that's supposed to be trustworthy. Until they improve their service and take customer concerns seriously, I'd advise others to think twice before visiting. I personal feel like their employees feel comfortable in *****ing for us because there is absolutely nothing that the Management does so they do it knowing very well that there will be no consequences for their actions. How will I even think of going back there knowing very well that Eastvaal Motor City Witbank employed a bunch of ********s. I believe as a service provider you need to take responsibility for customers belongings and provide adequate support for theft or loss. This is unacceptable customer service. Signing a form should not absolve a service provider from maintaining integrity, accountability, and trust. Customers should feel safe leaving their vehicles in the hands of professionals, not fearful of losing their possessions. I am writing this review not only because I am upset, but also to shed light on the issue so that other customers are aware of the risks and can make informed decisions.

Thank you to Eastvaal Middelburg for another excelent sale, but a special thanks must go to Sello Mahlangu who from the moment I walked into the dealership and you greeted me, I knew that I did not want do bussiness elsewhere. Thank you Sello for going the extra miles, assuring that the vehicle is how I wanted it.
