3/07/2024 My car kia rio had a noise coming from the engine when I accelerate, and then i took my car to Eastvaal auto in secunda, they told me that the problem was the timing chain and oil pump mind you is week 1. On week 2 they told me that its clutch wear and tear and if i want to pay cash it cost R14000 so i had a service plan of which the invoice came out being R7600, and they said they waiting for the service plan to approve and they need to take the pictures of the current parts, by that time my car is been shifted every morning and even in and out of the workshop. On Friday same 2nd week Friday they said they approved now they gonna wait for the parts to be delivered. I waited another week which was the third. I got my car on the 4th week, imagine In a nutshell the service was too bad i wouldn't recommend it at all. Ive got more to tell but Im lazy to write

I would just like to take the time to praise Eastvaal motors for their exceptional service and prompt customer experience. I made a stop at Eastvaal motors - Ford and were welcomed with warmth and compassion. They went out of their way to get to the bottom of the issue and swiftly ensured that all the needed parts to fix my vehicle was ordered to be delivered the next day and for a booking to be made. They gave me the privacy to continue with my work and ensured i had all the coffee i might need for the day with regular updates on how far they are with my vehicle. I would gladly go all the way to Eastvaal motors secunda for my yearly services for my vehicle without think twice. THANK YOU EASTVAAL MOTORS !

BAD service. My vehicle was there for two days where they only did a diagnostic test +/-R870 later. Before that, two other compenies also did the test witch was the same results. Now Ford is saying it's something else. I payed the amount and now they are refusing to give me a quote or the report due to the fact that I wanted to claim it from my motor plan. Even if I decide to pay cash I'm not allowed to get the information.

I took my car for a service last month and at the end of the day no work was done on it. They told me it was because I didn't sign the car in. I understand that they need my permission to work on the car, but nobody called me! The whole day I did not receive any communication from them! The Service admin people there just don't care about the customers and weather or not the business they work for does well. It is a shame! I took my car to the Eagle Ford dealership in Sandton, and it was worth the drive.

We've always experienced extremely bad service from Eastvaal Auto Secunda and this time around it is no different. My wife's Ford EcoSport was towed to Eastvaal Auto in Secunda due to a Mechanical failure. They informed me during an earlier call that they will contact me to discuss the detail as soon as the vehicle arrives. I waited for 2 hours after the vehicle reached the dealership and decided to call them again. They informed me that it is too late to give me an update and that the Mechanic will call me in the morning to discuss. I waited until 12pm and called them again. I was told that the Mechanic is out and he will call me back in 30 minutes. I again waited for 1.5 hours and still not received a call. This dealership is the worst I have ever seen and dealt with. I would strongly discourage anyone wanting to buy a Mazda or Ford from this Dealership and advise everyone not to send their vehicles to them for a service. Everyone in Secunda complains about the poor service of this dealership. I will take this matter further and contact Ford South Africa.

Bad service, I gave them my Ford Figo on the 13 Jan, today is 19 Jan, they are failing to fix the handbrake light that pops in and cut out the acceleration, how can Ford produce cars they can't fix? How many days do they need to fix this
