Loan amount never transferred into my bank account

<div>I have had a bad experience with this company. My money was deducted 4 times already from the same company, they debit via bank app, and should transfer the same way. They only debited me but no amount of loan was never deposited or transferred, instead they keep on telling me that if I want a refund I must deposit money again in my account so that they can refund me. This guy by the name of Lucas is the consultant who helped me with the second loan and debited amount of R211.00 The first loan was from another guy who debited R1500. I want my refund from this company because I'm taking out a loan and I don't have money but there are fees you must pay before getting the loan.</div>
