Dear Valued Service Provider, Let me share And Africa (Easy Collect & Drop Courier Service) story with the customers. 1. And Africa is an extension of a company created in Japan 2. And Africa is not a courier company (Easy Collect & Drop is just a brand name and was a Pilot Project) And Africa created the software and employed gig drivers like uber delivery etc... myself and 3 x Colleagues that worked for ECD bought into the Gauteng Franchise, as we were the heart and soul of ECD now remember nobody knew that this was a pilot project, The owner is based in Japan and marketing in Morrocco, I have been in the transport Industry for the last 26 x years a Global Multi Modal Project Controller - WE the staff at ECD enabled them to reach that 4.6 - 4.7 star google review - I paid drivers out of my own pocket to make things happen as the rates that were being paid to the drivers was exploitation, many meetings were held with marketing and the gig drivers making suggestions to better the working conditions and rates, If a driver refused to do the collection because the rate was low, I myself would make it happen, myself and a colleague bought into the ECD Franchise, and the losses were in the regions of +-R60000 within the first three months, I still worked at ECD and was not allowed to assist in ECD Gauteng - I was put into sales and had too find buyers for the franchise, well, my CV does not mention anything about selling, Yes I was rude to a customer 25.03.2023 - I had received a call that my mum past away on the 23.03.2023 - and there were times that difficult customers would expect you to pull a rabbit out of a hat but you could not tell the that there were no drivers as the rates were an issue...the company that has taken over or bought into the ECD Franchise signed a non disclosure non circumvention document with the ESP GROUP clearly stating not too poach our clients as we used the to do our deliveries Espinoza Natural Products is a manufacturer of holistic meds and we deal with COD customers - I eventually resigned at the end of August 2023 - I was only able to secure 1 x client in Namibia - Knowing what I know i cold not sell a product that was not fully functional - the statements had to be done in Excel. I believe in Honesty and Integrity - why put me in a situation pilot project - when And Africa knew that the system would be automated ? then force me into sales and every idea I came up with was shot down.... WE burnt ourselves out, made huge financial losses based on financial projections that were guesstimates and to top it all off saved And Africa from a demurrage bill of close to R325,000.00 - I am not bitter I wish Latjis and ECD all the best, and in the same breath the customers should be told the truth and for the drivers that were loyal and not heard - I thank you for always doing your best ! without you ECD wold have never achieved the 4.6 Star Google Review

Great customer service
Great service, excellent communication from the time I booked my removal online to the time they offload my cargo in Western Cape, I was kept up to date by their team. Thank you so much guys keep up the good work

Horrible experience, they are so rude and I think they are a scam company. The company service is so rude.

Excellent Service
Ecd is an excellent courier company, they system of collecting the same day, updating customers all the time about the parcel, msging to ask if they can come collect and most of all, not going away after 1 hooter, they'll happily wait for even 20 minutes until the person opens, I always use ecd courier and will gladly continue to. The service is excellent and definitely a 5 star🌟
