This easy equities is making my life a living hell, i'm currently struggling with making a withdrawal.It's now 2 weeks going to the third week,without money reflecting into my banking account, i am sent from pillar to post. I have sent all the required documents to make the process smooth but its seems like am not getting anywhere.I regret the day I got involved into this easyequities.Am not recommending anyone to join easyequities.

Email to support is like a black hole. I am in the process of transferring my TFSA account to Easy Equities. The money is gone from my bank account and not appearing in Easy Equities, I am unable to speak to anybody about it.

Be Careful Before Investing with EasyEquities My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating. When everything works, it seems fine — but the real test of an investment platform is how they handle problems. Unfortunately, when issues arose, getting proper support and resolution became very difficult. Investing your hard-earned money requires trust, transparency, and reliable customer service. It seems Easy Equities have no help or service line/system that can support their clients. Buying on their system is smooth, but when you try to cell your shares there are problems and if you log a ticket online (only method) you get an automated reply with a ticket number, but you NEVER receive the actual SUPPORT. Over the past 11 days I’ve logged tickets 3577210, 3577221, 3579189, 3577210, 3582053, 3582075 and to date I haven’t received any support from this institution. In this process I’ve also noticed a few things that concerns me about whether they are the best institution for my money. One of Easy Equities’ celling points are their low cost when buying shares through their platform, but I’ve now noticed that the cost is much higher when you are trying (and I’m still trying) to cell your shares. I was considering moving my RAs to Easy Equities, BUT I can unfortunately not move my money to a company that is not willing to support me when I have issues. I dread to think how my wife will struggle if I should pass. Based on this experience it will take her years to receive or transfer any of my funds. I am SO disappointed with Easy Equities. I really expected more from them.

I am not usually one to complain, but this platform has really dropped its standards over the past few years. There seems to be no feedback when raising a query. I have contacted them for over a week, with reminders every two days, regarding an issue with my account. I also followed up numerous times on their Twitter account. I have been on this platform for over a decade, and they used to be responsive. Now, you are routed to bots, and they take an unreasonable amount of time to attend to queries if they eventually do at all. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking of joining or investing their hard‑earned money consider carefully whether they want to be treated this way as a client. I am personally considering changing platforms.

Getting ahold of the easy equities RA team is like playing extreme sport. So picture this, I sent an email 2 days ago seing that I am getting no response I then preocced to send a follow up email yesterday we are already on the 3rd day so it means for the email to be a knowledged can take up to 4 or 5 days? Yet there might be waiting time for things to be actioned? What kind of pap service is this? If they are shot staffed they should hire more people and don't subject us to this nonsense, we are not bidding for tenders here, we have our money invested with them they should do better. Worst the numbers they have as call numbers. Don't go through, so what must, can happen?

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my experience with EasyEquities. On 17 February 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request from my EasyEquities account. To date, my funds have still not been made available as withdrawable funds, and I have not received any clear explanation or assistance from their support team. My attempts to resolve the issue directly have only resulted in automated responses, with no meaningful resolution. In addition, I cancelled the debit orders linked to share purchases from my bank account. Despite cancelling these debit orders, funds were still deducted from my account without my authorisation after the cancellation. This has caused significant concern and financial inconvenience. I have now escalated the matter to the FAIS Ombud, and my complaint has been assigned a reference number for investigation. However, I am still hoping that EasyEquities will urgently address this matter and release my funds. I would appreciate a clear explanation and immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
