DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCMED MY DAD OUT OF R8999.00 My dad ordered a cold unit from them back in November 2022 and WESLEY went completely silent and never delivered the unit! I will be taking legal action against this company

People, please stay far away from this character Wesley. He is a cheat and a thief. He will take your money and make all sorts of promises. He is never going to get back to you. Payment was made on the 12/08/2022 and I still don’t have what I paid for. Pay back the money

SCAM SCAM SCAM Never ever deal with this company. Wesley will take your money and you wont see anything. He blocked me on all platforms and ran away. Also ignored all the lawyer letters and demans. Dm me for details. Ongoinv case

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN WESLEY UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY. On 4th January 2022 , I purchased a 2nd hand Samsung 24000btu airconditioner from Wesley of Easycoldrooms for R 6000.00 plus installation costs of R 1500.00 to install the unit and R 1500.00 to move an existing unit to a different room. It was advertised with a guarantee. What was unknown to me at the time , is that the unit was to be installed by a subcontractor.The subcontractor brought the unit on 6th January and proceeded to remove the old unit and Install the new unit . After many days and hours of frustration spent on the installation , his workmen could not get it to work and said “the PC board “was damaged . On reporting this to Wesley , he proceeded to blame the subcontractor for “damaging “ the unit. Even my other unit which was moved from one room to another , stopped working after a day because the gas leaked out. He does not take responsibilty for the workmen he appointed to do the work , and deliver what has been paid for After numerous empty promises to sort out the unit , Wesley eventually took it away On 9th February to “fix “ it promising to return it by the following Friday . Needless to say nothing has happened since , except broken promises and disappointment . I have sent Wesley numerous messages asking if the unit has been repaired and when it will be reinstalled.. He has not responded to any of my messages. He does not take responsibility for his part of the agreement and has not honoured his committment to deliver and install a working unit. His word and his guarantee obviously means nothing.
