There is an unauthorized debit order for R39.34 going off my account every month for EC3 SDRIVE SD111184. I did not give them permission for this nor did I sign up for anything from them . I need them to cancel this service immediately and refund all the money that they have deducted from me *******ly.

*Do Not Recommend – Unprofessional, Unfair, and Exploitative.** I underwent training at this company, completed it successfully (as evidenced by being placed on the operational floor), and was never paid a cent for my time. This is not only ********* but *******. The company’s refusal to compensate trainees for mandatory training sets the tone for how they treat employees: with zero respect. Beyond the payment issue, this is by far the worst sales call center I’ve encountered. The basic salary is shockingly low compared to industry standards, and their so-called “incentives” are a joke—think chips, snacks, and cheap trinkets instead of actual monetary rewards. Sales targets are grueling, and even when you hit them, you’re rewarded like a child at a carnival game. It’s insulting to hardworking employees. **Worst of all, the company refuses accountability.** Despite countless bad reviews, they *never* acknowledge their mistakes. Instead, they gaslight reviewers by blaming the victims—claiming *you* caused the problem, not them. It’s a toxic, gaslighting tactic to deflect from their exploitative practices. They’d rather attack honest feedback than fix their broken system. The toxic environment explains why turnover is so high. People resign or go AWOL in droves because management clearly doesn’t value their staff. The company is tiny for a reason: word gets around. Between the lack of pay, pathetic incentives, **aggressively hostile responses to criticism**, and overall disregard for employees’ well-being, it’s no surprise everyone hates working here. **Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.** You deserve better than exploitation, crumbs disguised as “rewards,” and a company that blames *you* for *their* failures.

Started traing with this company, told to make an average of 5 sales a day to get the job for 2 weeks. I was already well experinced before i joined training and decided to give it a shot. This was when theh were based on old north coast road not far away from a s****yard. 5 cell phone contracts a day is most definately unreasonable for a training whos not even working , even though i didnt make 5 every day i still made 3 or 4 sales and i was really close with lost of referals. I performed better than all the other trainers i was with. There was a tall white racisit trainer who sent me away after arriving 10 minutes late which i did for the first time ever. He didnt bother to hear my story he just told me come back tomorrow. With that kind of attitude i didnt want to work for a company like that i shook his hand with his colledge and never went back to the company. I lost almost 2 weeks i never get paid for , all the sales i made as well were all for nothing. They want to give u a high target that you may not acheive make money of you and send you packing. They are ****mers, imagine if they had 100 people who worked here for 2 weeks and made below a 5 average they just got people to work for free and not pay a cent for it. Maybe they give the pretty girls lower targets to keep them in the company idk. I worked in bigger companies , earned more , had a lower traget and was paid for training. This company ****med me , they never had any intentions to employee me they just wanted me to help them up. They get a zero rating from me, i hope they taste some of their own medicine .

Their business model of employing needs a review, its manipulative and exploitation to the poorer of the poor. You're called for training and be asked to reach high target within a short period of time, if the target is not reached, you are asked politely to resign from the training contract and state that you failed to reach target. There s no compensation on valid sales that you have done during that training. As much as they will display unity, supportive and unique, its all artificial...its said coz people travel from far giving all they ve got for nothing. I personally dont see it as constitutional to train someone without compensating with any stipent especially when they contribute into your revenue while on training.

The interview was very professional, training is a success all thanks to jerome who's one of the trainers, I really learnt alot from you keep up the good work!. It was a great pleasure to have the directors of the company meet us on the first day of introduction. Hoping to have many more years with the winning team!
