bad wisp

Bad service
<p>Ecc System has been off line longer than a week but the most painful and annoying part is, not getting any word from them, an ETA of when things would be fixed would be nice is that so ****ing hard ? we all are paying customers and some of us need internet of our businesses and having this ****ty service is just uncalled for. tos huis service.</p>

Bad service

Ecc systems down
<p>It's nearly a week of downtime and no communication from eccsystems of what's going on. as usual no one answers the phones or emails. what can we do? where can one lodge a complaint about the lack of service? </p>

Andries should never have sold
<p>I have been with ECC Systems for a couple of years now and everything was awesome. Even after marblesharp took over, things were great. Friday morning the internet went down and it is now Sunday night and it is still down. I have been in the communications industry (wifi specifically) for 11 years and have never heard of Marblesharp an what internet provider is not on the internet? Absolutely no onli e footprint??????</p> <p> </p> <p>I digress. I called 12 times on Friday, twice on Saturday. I have sent smses. These blokes just refuse to answer their phones. Come on guys......man the **** up and face the issues. If your customers are down at least have the ***** to face them and say sorry, but igoring them.....if that is the way business is done, I think you should sell off your customer base and open a car wash.</p> <p> </p> <p>My business is dead in the water because these dudes can't keep **** together.</p> <p> </p> <p>This spells a poor future for a company that I have known for more than 8 years. Worst service
<p>Been without internet for past two days. Tried call, email and even sms them with no response. Marblesharp has taken over two months ago with promises of a new ISP, but service is non-existent. Really have to think of better cliets service communications or they will become another statistic.</p>

No inetnet ecc
<p>I'm running a business from home for cctv.the clients needed the quote it never went through so i lost the contract because the inter us down frim eccsystems.phoned their number ********** 32 times and no answer they don't even make the effort to phone bac****!i'm with them for about 3 years now and enough is enough.are they going to pay for the contract I just lost????they say they are so good but does a business ignore their clients calls.when a client calls me I call them steaight back if I didn't answer.they don't even say when they will be offline they just do it.without any warning</p>

No Service
<p>For more than two months I have been struggeling with my Wi-Fi at home.</p> <p>Tiaan is very helpful but the so called owner Andries hides behind his emails - that is if he responds to any mails!!!!</p> <p>My WI-Fi was working fine until the tower on the Bottelary Road fell over during strong winds during April. since then I am struggeling with very poor to no signal at home. The responce from Adries is that my house is to big and require a second router - funny still the same house as before. Clearly the fault lies with ECC Systems and not the size of the house.</p> <p>I will never recommend this so called comp[any in Brackenfell area as they only take your money with no after service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

No Service

No internet since last night's thunderstorm
I've had no internet access since last night with the thunderstorm. I've sent an email to Andries and no response yet. I've tried calling the call centre line engaged. I've had problems before and when I ask for assistance or better service, I'm told you don't pay that much, so choose another service provider if you want to. <br> <br> My wifi is also not consistent and keeps dropping signal.<br> <br> What can we do as public to take a stand, I see there are more negative than positive things about ECC, it does say something. Please show us that you do care, we pay money monthly and have antenna installed at our own cost.
