The management and owner of Echo 4 x 4 are the absolute worst. While the product itself is excellent, the experience with the company’s management and owner was shockingly poor. They lack basic people skills and resort to publicly attacking customers over personal financial situations, which is both unprofessional and humiliating. Furthermore, they block you from responding or addressing your concerns, which speaks volumes about how they handle feedback. The owner is the epitome of unprofessionalism—rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Dealing with him is an absolute nightmare, and I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such treatment. The one-star rating is solely for the product; the management and owner, however, are the worst I’ve ever encountered

The management and owner of Echo 4 x 4 are the absolute worst. While the product itself is excellent, the experience with the company’s management and owner was shockingly poor. They lack basic people skills and resort to publicly attacking customers over personal financial situations, which is both unprofessional and humiliating. Furthermore, they block you from responding or addressing your concerns, which speaks volumes about how they handle feedback. The owner is the epitome of unprofessionalism—rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Dealing with him is an absolute nightmare, and I sincerely hope no one else has to endure such treatment. The one-star rating is solely for the product; the management and owner, however, are the worst I’ve ever encountered

Very disappointed in the service received. If it isn’t the doors closing sooner than the times given on their doors on Friday, they also don’t phone you back. Always busy with a client and will get back to you. I’ve ordered an awning and wasn’t happy with it at all. It was the incorrect colour and made out of PVC Material instead of Ribstop or Canvas. It looked really cheap and not what I expected for the price. I decided to rather return the awning and ask for a refund. However, I’ve been waiting more than six weeks for the refund to reflect in my account. Constantly following up but the matter is still not resolved. I’m really disappointed in the service provided by Echo and just the way they deal with items.

We orderd a Echo Roadster trailer and an awening 6 week s ago. They promised me that the trailer would be ready for collection on the 9th November. On the 9th at 2H30 I called the sales agent. His respons was that I can only receive it in 2 hours time. I was not happy at all because we still had a long drive home. I said to him that we will make a turn at the shop to sort it out. Next moment my phone rang and it was the owners wife, she started shouting at me and did not give a me a chance to speek. She attack my personality and she did not know me. She treatend me as well. I cancelled the deal immediately. They have good products but persons that shout at a client and told me I must remeber the client is not always right. I will never refer people to them.

Besides the fact that my Chobe Trailer was delivered 10 days late resulting in me leaving on my holiday a week later, loosing money in the process the after sales service is hugely disappointing and nothing short of Pathetic and and Unprofessional!! Having delivered my trailer from Echo in Ireni Pretoria to Echo in Cape Town it shorted many of the items. The trailer was scratched and the water tap was badly dented and bent. The Sweat sheets was full of grime and dirt and my wife had to remove this to wash it before we reinstalling it. The Upholstery of the cushins were hooked in some places and I the Gas cylinder holder were not properly fitted. Dawie the sales man in Pretoria at Echo Ireni took notice of this as I reported this to him in the presence of the Echo representative in Cape Town, He assured me that when I return from holiday they will collect the trailer and fix all of the issues. I have a copy of his whatsap message to this effect. Needless to say it took 2 .5 months since I returned from holiday for them to collect my trailer in Kommetjie where I stay. Defects reported at the time of collection from Cape Town I am now being billed for!!!! They have had my trailer since the middle of March and we are now in June and still have not had my trailer back. I had a booking for Easter that I could not even go to as they were not done. The total arrogance and unprofessional behavior of the management and owners leaves much to be desired!!!! I regret ever doing business with this company. Totally shocking!!!!

I called again today, the entire management team is at NAMPO?!?! Really guys.... GOLDEN RULE OF MARKETING focus on retaining your existing customers, it’s cheaper than getting new ones. I need my trailer back as promised 7 days from now; with all the repairs that were discussed. This level of non-service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I went to Eco 4x4 Centre Irene to buy a Front Runner product. They looked at me as if I speak some foreign language. They then phoned Front Runner to confirm if they have stock. Front Runner confirmed they have stock. I asked the salesman how long it will take to get the product if I order it now. He told me to go Front Runner myself, they are in Kyalami. What kind of salesman does this? If I wanted to go to Front Runner why would I bother to go to Eco 4x4. I went to Eco as it is close to my home, now I mus go to the other side of town just because the salesman are to damn lazy to do his job!!!!!!! PLEASE DON'T USE ECO 4X4. THEY ARE LAZY AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE. BAD ATTITUDE LAZY BUNCH OF PEOPLE.

<p>Echo 4x4 is selling and istalling High Cycle batteries as so called Deep Cycle batteries. Their staff and management do not even know the difference. After discussing the problem with Anton Botha I was rebuffed with a "That is not fraud" and 'There is nothing we can do for you"</p>

<p>Without explaining the technical disappointment in their product, the follow up service and then the inter-personal communication has been highly unprofessional from the Echo Accesories CC/ Echo 4x4 team. To such an extent that the phone is put down in my ear, and my questions over e-mail remain unanswered. </p>
