Ecn misleading clients

Got a phonecall yesterday and the tel no is registered to ECN. Unfortunately only realized it after the call. I am a vodacom client and is due for an update. A lady phoned me and have me all my detail and said she has a better package and will put me on this new special. I confirmed again so you are from vodacom. Then she said she will migrate my number to the new package. I was confused and ask her why she had some lame story. Then I got an migration sms. I phone my vodacom consultant and she confirmed it was not from the vodacom office. I want this stopped and i want to go to the consumers protection commissioner! And report them fir trespassing on the poppi act.
