Bad customer support and no delivery

I ordered a barrel for R300 on the 19th of August and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. I tried calling and sometimes they don't pick up. They told me that my order is below a R1000 and will be delayed. It's almost 2 months that I'm waiting which is unacceptable.
