Horse riding from hell
My family and I went for horse riding. Wendy took us with her assistant by the name of Jimmy. The horse (No****) started galloping and I fell off the horse. Wendy DID NOT empathize with or show any form of consideration, in fact blamed me for falling off the horse. We requested to stop riding with immediate effect and she was worried the horses. I am in hospital as a result and none of them have bothered to follow up on my fall. Disgusting.

I have followed up on this and apologies hugely, the instructor never informed me. I will take this up further.
I spoke to everyone concerned, and the back up rider went to fetch a vehicle to transfer you back to the stables. You were checked over at the accident site and then taken back to the stables. He went to collect the first aid kit, but you just left without speaking to him. This is absolutely not how we conduct business and simply unacceptable. Please let us know how you are. We shall call you later.

When we arrived on site for the horse riding, we were never given any form of orientation or SHEQ information whatsoever. We were neither showed an accident site nor first aid kit.
We did not sign any form of indemnity but just a COVID questionnaire given to us by Julia. Yes, we were driven back to our car after my injury where my husband took a bottle of water from our car to rinse my wound as it had become rather muddy from the blood being mixed with the gravel that I fell on.
The driver of the bakie saw this attempt to rinse my injury but DID NOT volunteer any first aid assistance whatsoever.
