I am writing to formally report an appalling experience with Eco Signage Suppliers, Boksburg branch, and I demand urgent management intervention. I called ahead to confirm their Saturday closing time. Sameer, a sales representative, explicitly told me to arrive by 12:30 pm, stating the gate would be closed at that time. Relying on this information, I drove all the way from Vaal to Boksburg. I arrived at 12:29 pm, before the time I was instructed to be there, yet the gate was already closed. Sameer came out and informed me that the manager refused to assist me. When the manager finally appeared, he addressed me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, saying he is “not running a McDonald’s” and that I should return on Monday. This behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I was denied service despite following instructions, forced to waste time and fuel, and treated with outright contempt. No apology was offered, and no effort was made to take responsibility for misinformation provided by their own staff. I demand that senior management intervene immediately to: Address the abusive and unprofessional behavior of the manager. Review and correct the misinformation being given to customers regarding operating hours during december. Implement proper training to ensure staff demonstrate basic respect and professionalism. Provide a formal apology for the treatment I received and the time and costs I wasted. This experience demonstrates a complete failure in customer service and accountability. I will escalate this matter further if management does not respond promptly and appropriately. Eco Signage Suppliers boksburg must be held accountable for how they treat paying customers.

I had a terrible experience with the delivery service from this company. Despite explicitly asking the driver to call upon arrival at the gate, the first driver claimed he got lost. The company refused to provide the driver's number for assistance and simply rescheduled for the next day. We provided clear delivery instructions and reiterated the need for a call at the gate. The second time, the driver arrived, spoke to someone nearby, and left without calling as requested. The company blamed us for the issue and refused to complete the delivery. I would definitely not recommend their service. Zero stars for service delivery. In the end we had to get a refund.

Horrible service, openly laughing and mocking my company name apparently with some kind of inside joke at my expense, when you get to their sales counter you have to figure out who to go to as nobody says they can help, Paul Phiri was essentially an instigator as he actually came up to me and mocked my company name in my face, i have never had great service there but yesterday was the worst, i have never felt so humiliated by a company which i am repeat customer at in my life.

I bought PPF from these guys and part of the material had factory defaults and they blatantly refused to replace even though we brought the damaged material. Their exact words were they can't take responsibility for it!! Even after getting Zeheer to speak to the client he still refused to assist.

Look... When my wife went in for a squeegee I decided to wait in the car with the dogs. An hour later I decided to give her a call because clearly a simple squeegee can't take this long. Surprise surprise she got more than that so is it a good store? Well it has to be for a simple 5min stop to turn into an hour long expedition.
