ECO Therm Air Conditioners

<div>What a disaster! ECO Therm services comes and portrays itself as this fantastic company with outstanding after sales service. Well we did not even get to test that. The air conditioning system (LG Art Cool) was never properly installed and had constant faults and problems (granted that there were faults with the aircon). After six weeks they gave up and said that they feel they have done more that enough and feel that the install was now complete, even though the system still had issues. Their solution, sent me three other installer names. The Boss man, a Mr. Louis Nortje refuses to take calls or return calls. Warranty issues which he should deal with he now dodges. Think they should get into show business, Their staff really know how to dance on a roof tearing roof sheets which I might add I had to repair. My advise, steer well clear of ECO Therm Services. They are unreliable, unprofessional and I promise you that that sorry bunch will cost you more money money after you have to get someone else in to fix what they could not in the first place. Shame on you.</div>
