Scammers
The owners of this place Barry White Van Lingen are the biggest scammers ever. They kept the place open to take orders while being in liquidation, probably on the instructions of their scummy lawyer Robyn Hey so that the liquidator and lawyer can get paid. They are a bunch of scam artists.

Ryobi BT-254SL saw
Good day, Bad experience! My order with ECODEPT initially as far as the order was concerned (Order 21367), very efficient. Getting the Ryobi BT-254SL saw assembled was not easy as the manual did not clearly explain very well. However eventually, looking at the pictures on the packing box, the machine went well. A major problem existed from the start as theRip Fence locking mechanism required a lot of effort to lock in position. The locking lever actually bent before locking. The result, as expected, the lever did not last when the 6mm thread just failed to-day. What now? I tried to contact ECODEPOD and to my surprise this company is in the process of liquidation. Still waiting for delivery I have ordered and paid for a product from this company and was promised delivery within 7-10 days. Two weeks later, still no delivery despite my numerous follow-ups, telephone calls and emails. Very disappointing service , THEY GOT PAID, STEELING MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT.

Still waiting for delivery I have ordered and paid for a product from this company and was promised delivery within 7-10 days. Two weeks later, still no delivery despite my numerous follow-ups, telephone calls and emails. Very disappointing service , THEY GOT PAID, STEELING MY MONEY AND NO PRODUCT.

Timely delivery and great prices
Timely delivery and great prices. I can definitely recommend Ecodepot, especially since I'm very cautious about using smaller online suppliers I can really recommend them as Cape Town is definitely not close to their headquarters.

ECODEPOT - CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE !!
Can't complain about the service because there is NO SERVICE. Order a geyser online in June, after following up with the company they was waiting for stock ect ect. We are in September and still no PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED. After numerous phone calls and email no one even make an effort to reply or revert back to the customer. ! So I wont recommend them to anyone if their customer service are pathetic!
