Shocking service-security threat
Do not use this company. They are very quick to come out and get your business, charge exorbitant fees and are not willing to honour their warranty for a defect because they claim it was not reported on installation. The defect was reported in the warranty period, but no effort was made to fix the issue because it was stated "what do you expect me to do, stop a R300m job?. Repair it locally if you feel it is urgent' So clearly their money is more important than safety. They do not honour their promises and instead are focused on money. It is pointless reasoning with Angela. She very clearly is only concerned with making money, and thinks a consumer voicing their rights, is a threat. I would urge you Angela, to learn about customer service, the CPA and honoring your warranty. I would not deal with this company again, due to Angela's shocking treatment of a customer's security.

Extremely Poor service
I ordered palisade fencing. The owner forgot to ask me what colour epoxy coating I wanted, so I received white, instead of black. The installation job was not done neatly, which I just accepted to get the awful experience over with. I quoted it with instructions that I will supply the motor for installation and they supplied the persons contact details to install the motor. After the palisade fence was installed, the motor could not be installed. The vertical poles were too weak to hold the motor and an additional horizontal bar now needs to be placed. Two weeks after installation I am still sorting this mess out. Ecofence accepted no financial responsibility. Angela promise a better product and better service which quoted more than my other quotations. I waisted a lot of money and time on this company and I now have to live with the repercussions in front of my house.
