I've had the most terrible experience all around with this establishment. After having my car wheel stolen off, I subsequently Ubererd to Economic Motor Spares to buy lock nuts. The attendant behind the countered ensured me that the nuts he gave me would fit my car. Went home to find this wasn't the case at all - they were too large. When I came back the attendant attempted to fit different nut-sizes to my wheel - all of which failed. I was promised an automatic refund (the nuts set me back around R300), just as soon as the payment I made reflected on their system. It's almost been a month and I still haven't seen a cent. Moreover, when I went to Midas in Milnerton, I found the correct size nuts, same make and model, at more than half the price. I keep calling Economic Motor Spares and keep getting promises of a call-back, which never happens, even though I leave my name and number every time. At this particular stage I would discourage anyone from supporting this establishment.

To Shabier and his staff at Economic Motor Spares in Kuils River - You gentlemen are in a league of your own! I have been to this store a few times and have always received better than excellent treatment and they do it so effortlessly. Extremely efficient and very humble. From now their store is the only one I intend to buy from. Thank you for a superb customer experience.
