Many things they did well: 1) Value for money 2) Wrapped furniture well, non-stick tape around furniture with doors and appliances doors e.g. fridge from preventing swinging open. However, two things were not good, the 2nd one cost me a lot: A. When they were still busy uploading, Rodney came and told them they must hurry up very much because they just got a request for another move to fit in that afternoon, so during the offload, they were also too hasty, it was not nice.... B. They connected the washing machine but did not balance it properly (there is a tile that is a bit lower). When the first person e.g. one of myu domestic assistants, started to use the machine, they have put in a piece of carton from a packing box, folded double, to stop the machine from shaking during the spinning cycle. On a recent Saturday, I dyed some clothing, and the "hottest, longest washing cycle's spinning was long and intense. This made the machine shake so heavily that the outlet pump's electrical wires broke. I had to get out an appliance mechanic to fix it with a cost of R2100. I contacted them and told them what happened but had very unsatisfying feedback, like "we connect the machine and go..." So be careful when you use them
