Ecopec Scammers
I ordered a Lithium battery 3.75kw in October and was told it is in stock. I paid R26959.00 , after two months of me phoning each day I eventually got back R20959.00 . So I was scammed for R6000.00 , do not use this company. They are now off the internet, no website comes up , emails are rejected, telephone number does not exist. They have dissapeared !!!

Fraudulent / misrepsentation
This company is taking your order and your money and you will not receive your product its just a scam to get money from people there is only a website no products they have been linked to the same staff as Land works Africa T/A Geotry Resources dont deal with these two companies you will loose your money, you can contact legal.daimcon@vox.co.za for assistance

Faulty Inverter
Excellent service from the after sales team. Had a faulty inverter, took it back to get it checked up. Two days later it was sorted and I was emailed a full report of what was done. The team kept me updated on the progress as it was getting fixed. I had a Wonderful experience.

Faulty Inverter
Excellent service from the after sales team. Had a faulty inverter, took it back to get it checked up. Two days later it was sorted and I was emailed a full report of what was done. The team kept me updated on the progress as it was getting fixed. I had a Wonderful experience.

Poor after sales
Their service post installation of my solar system is practically non existent. I've been trying to get my registration documents forever! I paid an extremely expensive fee for them to do the registration. 2 months later and I still do not have my COC documents. Absolutely pathetic! I also only get feedback on my emails when I send follow up emails or if I cc the entire company into the email.

Poor after sales
Their service post installation of my solar system is practically non existent. I've been trying to get my registration documents forever! I paid an extremely expensive fee for them to do the registration. 2 months later and I still do not have my COC documents. Absolutely pathetic! I also only get feedback on my emails when I send follow up emails or if I cc the entire company into the email.

Very Neat work - Superb Installation
Very neat work, completed in 3 days (8x 545W panels, 10kWh battery, 6.5kW inverter, 17m cabling from inverter to DB board). It's been 1 month since my installation and I've only used 8kW from the municipality, all my other needs are covered by the solar system (you need to manage your usage). Massive saving! I highly recommend them for your solar needs. They also give good after sales support.

Excellent returns policy
Received excellent service from them after having returned a 5kW Kodak inverter under warranty and a second 7.2kW Kodak inverter to quote on repair. They are very efficient and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Thank You
