Eden property estate featherbrooks has rent unit out. Agent done inspection on 3 dec without owner concence. On 31 Dec owner was at unit. Owner could only in the week after see all other damages. Carpets snell off pee. Tv damage by tenant and children agent Anna clean tv. Tv damage display trees been removed and damage. Dvd player dont play. Fridge damage. Anna and riaan refuse the payout saying client lied of discussion. Anna agent threathen owner. Eden already paid deposito back to tenant while issues of damages still hunging in the air. Riaan of eden estate is the manager and allowed all these damages and abusive behavior of his agent.
