Edgars Retrench Policy - Poor Service

Retrenched Dec 2023, submitted all docs and claim was "approved". Since then it’s been non-stop emails, calls and legal threats.

Every time I deal with their lawyers, I send everything over and hear nothing for 3 months. Then the same story starts again.

Almost 3 years of runaround and zero resolution. And I refuse to pay... why did they deduct retrenchment policy fees and approved but now its as if I'm getting bu**** to pay it in anyway. Will never ever do business again with Edgars.
