EE Projects Construction Mossel Bay . Incomplete workmanship
They quoted me on a job to build a house in the Western Cape . They built the house without logging it with NHBRC . While the actual construction was not too bad,, there is a lot of unfinished half doneceork which they refused to rectify ..Site left in an appalling state of plastic bags , used cement bags and waste food and drink containers..Never cleaned and levelled the site after construction . Borrowed money in advance for projects not done and has now absconded ..Claims he underquoted and wanted to increase the quote. When I refused he said he would publish that they stopped because I would not pay. Unpaid staff were shown all the payments he received and never paid them ... Instead he bought himself a car and used the money himself . Matter has been handed over to NHBRC to deal with .. He is a Zimbawean and is present in Zimbabwe building himself a house .
